Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting

Our Story

With more than 25 years of active engagement in electoral exercises, PPCRV has operated with influence, clout and respect from various sectors of society. PPCRV was born in response to the call of the Catholic Church Second Plenary Council of the Philippines (PCP II) and continues to be anchored on faith, service, values and volunteerism.

Its mandate remains to be relevant in every election cycle, driven and working towards Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful, and Peaceful elections. PPCRV has responded to the maturity of the electorate, to the progression and evolution of democratic institutions, and the use of technology.

Always remember..

“Young people need to vote. They need to get out there. Every vote counts. Educate yourself too. Don’t just vote. Know what you’re voting for, and stand by that.” – Nikki Reed

A grassroots and faith-impelled process, an enlightened vote, and a way to elect leaders for good governance and the common good.
